I received many e-mails from Picture.com saying my daughter's picture was chosen to be in one of their photography books. They said that once paid for, the book would soon be sent out. I paid on Visa, and never received the book. None of my numerous e-mails were returned, and the phone numbers they have listed just say "there is no mailbox for this number." Beware of e-mails sent from Picture.com!! This is a total SCAM!! I will be contacting the BBB as well!

We were sent many emails saying we could purchase a copy of the book including our photo...we charged it to our visa thankfully so we may now dispute it. I called several months after we purchased it and I was told the book wouldn't be out until Sept. 2008. Well, I just tried to check the status of our order again and the site said that our photo had not yet been approved to be in a book. SCAM!!! We will be turning in this company to the BBB and disputing the charges.
